"Breakfast was typical. Room was clean as were the lobby and breakfast area. Next time there a would request a room on the other side. Music at night was pretty loud."

"Check-in was quick and the staff members were very friendly and efficient. We only stayed one night along our travel but would definitely stay longer next time. Nice pool, hot tub and beautiful beach entrance. Many options for breakfast as well."

"The smell of weed was absolutely horrendous throughout the whole hotel. Hotel policy stated no smoking in the hotel! We were traveling with our son and grandson. Our grandson got headaches from the smell, nauseous and wouldn’t even use the indoor pool because of the smell! I myself have an allergy to weed so I had itchy, watery eyes, scratchy throat, sneezing, coughing and congestion. Ours son’s shower did not work when he went to use the shower the next morning so he had to come to our room for himself and grandson to shower. He did place a work order and it was resolved. Overall the only thing that is nice is that the location, beach access, pets allowed and the views of the ocean. I would not recommend to any of my family or friends to stay at this location. We were quite disappointed. "

"The main issue with the stay is that there was only one working elevator. Stair access is outside and requires badge access but was not working. Was told only maintenance could open it and they weren’t here. Just seemed like a huge safety issue, more than 15 people in the elevator due to huge waits. Was willing to climb the 6 flights of stairs to our room but wasn’t allowed. It just seems like they need more help maintenance and upkeep wise. There were some front desk people that were really helpful in terms of checking us into our room. "
