"We’ve stayed the past two years and although it’s a beautiful property with attentive (most….not all) staff, there’s always problems related to dinner reservations missing (and arguing with me about it, despite having a text or email receipt from several months prior), overcharging (again, despite having a text/email receipt) and an incident in 2025 I should have filed a police report and made a trip to a medical facility on but we had travelled there for our 20th anniversary, it was the day of our anniversary, and we had a pricey cabana reserved and it would have ruined the entire trip even further. No apologies or follow up with us for overcharging, trying to give our reservations away, or the 2025 incident. Sadly moving on"

"It was a good place to stay, and everything was within walking distance. The place was clean and well-maintained, though it's not a 5-star hotel, and I don't think it claims to be."

"No coffee despite being listed as an amenity. Multiple items broken and not functioning in the room. I was given the wrong room up on check-in and it took 45 minutes to get into the correct room that I paid for. Room was not ready at promised check-in time. Very difficult to reach anyone on the property when I needed them for repairs."

"Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff members were friendly and helpful. The room/bathroom were definitely showing their age."

"The balcony was the perfect place to watch boat traffic and water activities. We had to ride the bikes, which were a great amenity, if we wanted to go to the local Publix grocery store or a restaurant off property. It’s not really within walking distance of shops, restaurants, or anything really. We often had to Uber."

"Television is far from desired. Comcast is awful, not HD and no streaming or casting available they would be better off just using the Samsung smart TVs they have, increasing the wireless coverage and bandwidth and ditching the cable. WiFi was a little weak in some areas. The water pressure was also very low. Not sure if they could purchase some better showerheads to help with this. Other than that, the staff was great, the apartment itself was great, clean and reasonably priced."

"The Wyndham beach resort is amazing! The hotel and rooms are clean, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the access to the beach is unmatched. Would definitely stay there again!"
