"The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the location is so scenic. Comfortable rooms only lack for aircon, but that's only a real issue in the height of Summer. Close enough to the main tourist areas of East Lake Garda but still far enough away to be peaceful and quiet."

When we booked we knew it was a bus ride away from the centre of Garda. "What a great find. A lovely village hotel in the mountains. Nice food, lovely views, very quiet, great balcony to sit out in the evening drinking a carafe or two. Recently extended so the rooms are brand new, very comfy, en-suite. I recommend the drive down to Assenza, what an amazing road! Would make a great walk."
