"Very clean, nice location, efficient and courteous staff. Unfortunately, out of the many daily activities advertised on the website, almost none took place, and the mini club was basically just sitting the children down and make them colour/paint. The swimming pool was always very very busy, and because of the heat, the lake level was very low, it was not very inviting, and no canoe or kayaks were available for hire. "The hotel is nicely situated, and staff was ready and helpful in securing parking. The public spaces are welcoming, spacious and cosy. The breakfast alone is worth staying here--unbelievable. We stayed in many similar hotels during our visit of Tuscany, and this breakfast is EPIC. What a lovely way to start the day! "

"Fantastic,comfortable room. Had everything we needed. Flavia and Christina made sure to have all the information we needed and helped us with everything, truly went above and beyond. Even to the point of ensuring we had transport to the train station and back. If you want a comfortable get away to explore a traditional Italain village this is the place to go!"

"The room was very cold, and despite raising this with staff, I was initially told that the heating was functioning correctly. After complaining again, the heating was eventually turned on, which was appreciated; however, the unit was extremely loud and could not be used throughout the evening. The walls are also very thin, and noise from neighbouring rooms is easily heard. The room did not include any tea or coffee facilities, which I would consider a basic expectation for a four-star hotel. I also requested an iron but was informed that one was not available and that I would need to pay €5 for a shirt to be ironed instead. On a positive note, the breakfast was of good quality and the staff were very friendly. However, I would choose to stay at a different hotel on my next visit."
