The hotel is very nice. Our view was nice of the harbor. Our only complaint is the bathrooms are in need of some renovations! The bathroom stall had a permanent odor. The shower leaked…a lot! Overall, the rest of the hotel was nice. Staff was friendly.

The location was great - walkable to major sites. While close to very busy tourist locations, the hotel was quiet. In close proximity to many restaurants, shopping, and beautiful historic buildings. The room was a bit small but very clean and comfortable.

Very nice hotel on the bay. Right in old town with easy access to shopping, restaurants, pinxos bars. Beach walks along the bay were fabulous and went on for miles. Great bike trails and hike. San Sebastián is a must see and this hotel is an ideal place to be!

Perfect couples retreat

Based in the gorgeous old town, the hotel is in a perfect spot for dining out on the fabulous array of pintxos bars and restaurants. Albeit the hotels own bar is very hard to beat! The cheesecake is a must! The views of the bay are spectacular. Taking a drink up to the roof terrace was a real treat after a day of exploring.
