Great little place in a quiet neighborhood. Walkable from the city center, or there's a bus stop 2 minutes away. The staff is amazing and the room was very cozy and clean. We will come back to this boutique hotel on our next trip to San Sebastián. Gracias!

The flower boxes need to be freshened...old plastic and dead plants aren't inviting. The toast for all the breakfast choices was way too hard to eat...like stone. Don't toast the bread!!! We stayed 6 nights and tried them all. Also, don't mix all the cereal and yogurt and fruit together in a big mess. All the ingredients should be separate. The ingredients for the breakfasts were nice quality otherwise.

Great spot just out of town

Very comfortable room, bit of road noise but very convenient for a slightly out of town location. Very good shower! Would certainly stay again. Easy to pick up and negotiate buses into town, but late night taxis were a bit tricky!

I had a terrible checking in experience. I transferred my luggage before I checked in, however when I arrived at this hotel with 10 percent of cell phone battery, the remote checking person told me repeatedly 3 times that they didn’t have my luggage which my phone charger was in. Long story short, if it was not the cleaning lady was still there, I would be locked out totally, while my luggage was actually INSIDE the hotel office. Their check in lady was arrogant and lazy, destroying their business.

Wir waren in Zimmer 102 untergebracht.Im Zimmer selber roch es furchtbar muffig und an der Wand zum Bad direkt neben dem Bett habe ich Schimmel entdeckt. Das Bad selber war noch schlimmer.Hier war es trotz Dauerlüften kaum auszuhalten.Fliesen sind kaputt, insgesamt ist hier dringend eine Renovierung notwendig. Preis /Leistung stimmt definitiv nicht. Vielleicht sind die anderen Zimmer ja besser. Das Frühstück wurde liebevoll angerichtet, man muss sich jedoch am Vortag entscheiden , wann und was man essen will. Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht und froh, als wir wieder abreisen konnten.
