Amazing few days here to relax after a wedding. Food and drinks were all of a top standard, the all inclusive package was well worth it. Staff attentive, spa and gym facilities were perfect to access on the cloudy morning we had. Will definately come back

My wife and I had a terrific, relaxing stay for 3 nights. The room was extremely comfortable, clean and modern. The bed was so comfortable we both found it hard to get up in the mornings. The pools and restaurants were fantastic and all the staff were so helpful, friendly and gracious.

Sotogrande was recommended to us by a frequent visitor there. They take care of everything and the food was wonderful at all venues on the property. We did not play golf but it is known as a golf destination and many were there for golf.

Worth every penny! The staff is genuinely interested in making your stay the most satisfying. Very friendly, caring, speak both Spanish and English very well, responsive, helpful and just great kind people. The rooms are spacious, super clean, have everything you need there. Attention to details is very tangible. The territory of the hotel is taken care of, the facilities are well maintained with modern design, everything makes you feel very welcome. Stunning setting, beautifully designed hotel, great food, fantastic service, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Especially loved the spa and the bungalow style rooms. Recommend even if you have no interest in golf, there is lots more to do. We went for a relaxing spa break. We will definitely come back.

The quality of everything at the hotel is top tier. In this case you very much get what you pay for and some. Everything is beautifully decorated and clean. The staff are really helpful and the food options are great. The spa was really well equipped and the pool was a great place to spend a few hours in the sun.

Sublime Hotel with excellent staff

A beautiful hotel in excellent condition and perfect location for enjoying all that Sotogrande has to offer. The staff were all super helpful and went out of their way to ensure that nothing was too much trouble. The kids entertainers were fantastic with the children and played so many games with them, the kids were exhausted by the end of the afternoon. Highly recommend.

Beware of hidden costs

Hotel was beautiful pools lovely food was very expensive especially Marxa did not stay all inclusive the website is misleading about la reserva beach club you will have to pay 150 euros per room per day to use on top of room rate so is expensive and you will need to pay for a cab another 20euros each way not ideal lovely tapas restaurant with courtyard and music on some nights.

Horrible!!! Wouldnt recommend it at all! Specially if you are used to 5 star hotels. Service is HORRIBLE. Cant be worse. No pillows, no towels, no glasses, they don’t pick up the phone, it they do they hang up on you. No information at all. They don’t even take out or help with the baggage. The KIDSCLUB is the worst I have experienced in my life they led my 3 year old son ALONE by himself next to a 2 mts deep pool. Had the fright of our lives ….. just terrifying. Besides they do 0 activities with the kids. Every parent there was upset with this. Everybody is 18/19 years old, they have absolutely no clue, DISRESPECT, bad faces, attitude… definitely not coming back. Food Options for kids are limited and unhealthy (and the same in all restaurants) Also the suite was next to a road with cars up and down day and night. The gym is great and the classes at the gym also… but thats abt it. Definitely not worth your money and more importantly your family vacation
