"This is probably the best hotel on island. We’ve stayed in different properties over the years, but ARC is the most genuine and Saipan-like. The staff are always ready to work for you and are super pleasant and professional. The food is totally decent and the bar is absolutely capable. The room is clean, their garden is really nice, plenty plants and flowers. Very refreshing and relaxing to sit in their room’s private terrace. Staff’s are very approachable and friendly.
