"This was my second time staying at this place, the staff has always been super nice and attentive. Rooms are comfortable, although it would be great to have a full size mirror in there. And just a tad more space in the room so you can open the suitcase and still be able to walk around the bed. There were just a few things i wasnt so happy with at breakfast buffet, there were some chiped plates, as well as not so clean glasses, there were some day old pastries displayed and saw a couple of bugs...

"Excelente service, only stay one night but we were so happy with the hotel. The only criticism is that the shower door did not close properly so some water came out when taking a shower. The floor around the shower cubicle was damage, so I’m guessing it’s being like that for a while. But we really recommend the hotel and we hope to stay again next time we are in the city. "

"A very warm welcome at the ArtHotel when we arrived from the ferry - we’d requested a parking garage space for our bike and reception could not have been more helpful with advice about the locality and a town map. "Stayed here for 1 night after arriving on ferry at Santander it’s about 20 mins drive away from Santander but worth the drive. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area near to the sea and amenities. We had 2 dogs the hotel was very accommodating and the rooms were perfect for us spacious clean with ample toiletries. Attached to the hotel is a restaurant which is very good and reasonably priced and all the staff seemed to be very polite and hospitable. Would recommend and stay again if we where...

"Imagine a luxury hotel that was not upgraded or renovated for 20 years…. Rugs in the halls are begging to be changed. So called pillows I would not give my enemies! The bathroom facilities almost worked each with its own issue. But the worst thing that this 4 star hotel doesn’t have no coffee station or kettle provided. If you want to have tea in the evening you are out of luck. I wouldn’t recommend it"

"Overall this is a nice hotel. The thermal pool is excellent! The 40 euro spa is nice, but not worth 40 euros. Our air conditioning wasn’t working when we arrived and they came within the hour to fix it. Fun fact: the hotel turns off the air conditioning from 0200 to 0600 ish, so if you wake up warm, that’s why. "

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...
