I actually stayed there months ago, long story but rude and unhelpful staff and none of the facilities were allowed to be used because they “had a Jollibees function the next day so they wanted to keep the facility areas tidy for them” yes I was also a paying guest when told this. No wifi, crazy loud AC. "

"Second time staying at the Maxbelle. Rooms were spotless,grounds were well maintained, pool was awesome. Staff was friendly and again, Amie went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend this place."

"Staff amazing and the room was everything the photos showed. Great beach Bit to far away from things, 3 weeks was too much and we left earlier than we had booked for Restaurant staff went above and beyond but the food wasn’t the greatest Would certainly recommend it for a shorter stay"

"Room and staff were very nice and friendly, would have preferred much more interaction with staff when we were using the sun loungers I.e can I get you a drink etc. we also had to ask for our room to be cleaned rather that being cleaned as routine"
