"Lovely villa and lovely room. A great setting with an outdoor swimming pool, attractive garden, and a more than adequate parking facility if you are travelling by car. Breakfast was excellent, well prepared with plenty of choice.
An idyllic stopover in keeping with the Tuscan landscape. Could easily make this a base for touring the region although would have to drive if wanting to dine out in the evenings. "

What could be better: tell potential guests that your pool is not heated — ie not useable in April. Finish setting up the fancy appliances: put lights in the shower, add a holder for toilet paper in the bathroom (instead of a plastic stool), add a fan to the bathroom (smells), upkeep so faucets and hoses aren’t wobbling, fix the flickering LED...
