Paula, the manager, was especially helpful with everything and communicated promptly with me when I had any questions, even outside normal business hours. Thank you Paula! "okay so let's start with cleanliness. it's obvious the house wasn't cleaned before we got there or the sheets. The bed sheets smelled dusty and the bathroom smelled like urine. The shower had someone's else hair on the walls and floor. The pool was not heated even though it did say it was.
