the resort was beautiful. loved the pool the kitchen was very nice .very clean. Eiden was very nice and helpful...activity director Karen was awsome and very helpful . making sure all our activities were set up. due to mother nature the beach was not available but there were other beaches near by. karen booked us a tour to check out the Mayan ruins and cave tubing with lunch included. we had an awsome time.....Eddy and Mike {tour guides} were really cool and made sure everyone was comfortable and was having a great time ,they also were very knowledgeable

We stayed in the honeymoon. Suite for two weeks extremely nice helpful People. Our room was clean anytime we asked for anything. It was taken care of right away. Very quiet away from town would recommend. Aidin assisted us extending our reservation and Maria was also there to keep everything clean

My stay at La Beliza Resort was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite and our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool area was quiet and relaxing, making it easy to enjoy the sun without feeling crowded like we did at other places on the island. There was some sargassum along the beach, but it was everywhere across Ambergris Caye and thanks to the staff working to clean it up every day, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Our trip highlights were visiting Secret Beach and snorkeling at Hol Chan Marine Reserve and both are worth doing. The staff at the resort did a great job coordinating and organizing tours. Overall, a comfortable and relaxing place to stay.

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! This is described as the "honey moon suite" so we assumed it would be beautiful . Terribly disappointed. The 1 bedroom condo , #503 was in desperate need of repair and was absolutely fility. The kitchen and bathroom fixtures were terribly corroded, the Jacuzzis tup did not work nor would I use it. No hot water in the shower. There is a big boat in the front of the property and behind it is construction garbage and is used as a burning pile..front of the building. The road view is completely bulldozed and left with dead trees. At one point this may have been a nice place but no longer! I texted the manager several times for help with the unit but was ignored. We have also requested a refund. We paid approximately $270 per night with cleaning fee. No one had cleaned. Floors were filthy, sheets and towels old and stained. No coffee maker in kitchen. The stairs to the unit were filthy and if you touched the handrail your hands were covered in dirt. The pool was immaculate..pool and ocean were visible from the balcony. Rail on the balcony was lose, chairs were filthy and table top. It was so dirty I was afraid to go barefoot...took towels and wiped the floors. There was an old torn throw rung by one side of the bed!! Cant make this up. We almost left but couldn't find accommodations on short notice so we left all day. Beach was not cleaned up for a very long time and the sargosso was 4 ft deep,most resorts clean this daily. It stunk as well!!!! have pics
