Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Terrible customer service, and very unfair business owner. I booked room with breakfast, free wi-fi, tea or coffee, etc. On website there was lovely description and pictures of the room and everything they provide. Unfortunately, i have not received anythings from that offer. I did have a room with bathroom, and tha was all i received. No breakfast, no Internet access, no tea or coffee, no kitchen facilities to use, no kettle, nothing. Also, we only received 1 towel each mini face towel, no gand towel, no even simple soap to wash hands. Nothing in the bathroom. Very rude young man saying he's an owner, refused to provide breakfast, refused to provide wi-fi password and anything else. He said that i booked the room from another owner, and he did not received the money so he only gave me the room to sleep in. Very frustraiting and stressful, very unfair and u honest family business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT! AVOID!!!
