"This property is tucked away in a quiet area of San Miguel de Allende. Mauricio met us at the door and helped us get our bags to our room. He was very friendly and helpful. He went over the breakfast schedule and stayed in constant communication with us throughout. "

"The room was clean, and check-in was easy. It was within walking distance of the historic centre."

"It was just okay. Even though I speak Spanish, and it seemed that the staff spoke no English they never explained what was included in the breakfast so I ordered extra, which was not very good. The coffee was very weak. They also insisted that I could not check in earlier than 3 PM however today when I was checking out or left the hotel at 10 AM and I had to go back at 11 AM. The room is already clean and available so why would they not or force me or anyone to wait for extra hours?"
