"The place was absolutely divine and serene This the place to relax and enjoyed great foods especially at "UPPERDECK. They good selection in their menus. The pasta was an absolute choice for me ,penne pasta with salmon .Their smoothie was outstanding, i choosexthe watemelon The place was spotlessly clean and their employees especially Charlotte and Jenny were very pleasant and accomodating . Both of them made my stay and my friend a wonderful one I would like to visit afain next time when i visit Pinas again. Thanks ,The Farm in San Benito"

"Great community on the water. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful, and there was security in parking areas. The room and patio was clean. The patio door was a little hard to shut but we got it. The ac worked great and there's hot water! We only stayed one night but I'd love to come back and stay for at least 3. The restaurant near our room served a nice breakfast and the view of Taal Lake was beautiful. "

"The place offered nothing beyond standards. Though the place is clean it does not project a pleasant atmosphere. There is only one person at a time attending to guests though at that time we checked in we seem to be the only guests. Food service is not available not even drinking water was provided. The room where we stayed echos passing vehicles which was quite disturbing so that we need to transfer to another room. "

"Staff from the guard to the room attendant provided outstanding customer service. They tried their best in ensuring our stay was as smooth as possible. I rated them 4 stars in certain areas because of the lack of alternative dining options within a short walking distance, the elevator undergoing major renovation and some rooms that are work in progress. Gym is definitely a work in progress. Hotel’s closed proximity to SLEX and CALAX make it easier to bypass clogged secondary roads. "
