"This is a beautiful hotel. Would highly recommend having dinner here, lovely setting to drink the excellent wine whilst overlooking the vineyards it came from, with an absolutely stunning view. It is a small hotel and was a bit short staffed when we went. The pool was beautiful. I wouldn’t necessarily have wanted to stay longer than 1 night because there wasn’t much to do at the hotel but it was fabulous for 1 night. The room (deluxe double) was spacious and really nicely decorated. They also offered complementary drinking water and filled up our drinking bottles before we left which is always a plus."

"O Shalai Resort superou todas as expectativas. O staff respondeu nossos emails quase instantaneamente antes mesmo do check-in — e esse cuidado nos acompanhou durante toda a estadia. O hotel ocupa um antigo casarão residencial, em rua tranquila. Sem elevador, mas sem necessidade: quartos no primeiro andar, tudo muito acessível. Estacionamento não é problema, com vagas generosas nas ruas próximas. O check-in foi impecável: o processo online foi totalmente respeitado, sem cartão de crédito exigido na chegada e com pagamento postergado para o checkout — algo inédito para mim. Fomos recebidos com uma apresentação completa do hotel, incluindo restaurante, salão de relaxamento, spa e massagem. Quarto confortável com cama king, enxoval de qualidade, amenities caprichados e água, café e chás gratuitos. O chuveiro foi um destaque — água farta e temperatura precisa. O café da manhã é farto: frutas, iogurtes, bebidas e café em máquina. Os pratos quentes são à la carte: ovos, omeletes, croissants, sanduíches. Único ponto a melhorar: falta condicionador para cabelo nos amenities. Recomendo sem ressalvas!"

"VIlla Ridente is truly a gem. Located along the northern coast of Sicily in an isolated area, there is beauty and peace both on the property and on the beach below. Professional chef Antonio Gaglio prepares sumptuous Sicilian meals served in an elegant dining room that overlooks the Tyrennian Sea and the Aeolian islands. The famous Sicilian warmth pervades every part of the experience. Suites are large, comfortable, and family-friendly. The entire resort caters to people of all ages, with morning yoga classes and children’s activities on the beach and live shows in a small outdoor theatre that allows children of all ages to be entertained while the family eats the best pizza in Sicily. Though the resort offers all of these activities, it is primarily a place of quiet, solitude and beauty. And the price is very affordable. In an era of overtourism, this beautiful spot ]p"

"Best value for a balcony view of the Tyrrhenian Sea and especially the sunset! Brand new, clean hotel, staff was very helpful, breakfast spread actually felt like brunch, with eggs made to order! Just a 5-minute walk from the train station and you're on the beach which appears to run for miles East and West and there's sections of soft sand and stones. Capo D'Orlando hidden secret! Highly recommend an overnight stay!"
