"At first we were nervous booking because the description made us believe it was similar to a hostel. We are so glad we booked! Not only were the rooms private but it was also very clean. We got a van pickup from the airport to the hotel, which was $250php per person. Once we arrived and checked in, we used the laundry service & got all our clothes back smelling great & no shrinkage or damage. The front desk was so friendly and answered all our questions/concerns. Overall everything was great! "

"Excellent customer service from arrival to departure. The breakfast was good at Island Kitchen. Transportation was easily available. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I do not recommend Lameza restaurant inside the resort, the food was not tasteful, it did not at all resemble Filipino food which was disappointing because we were really looking forward to having a delicious dinner. There was 8 of us total, not sure if it's our taste buds of knowing the authentic taste of Filipino food but whatever they serve was not it.
