The staff was nice when I checked in but after that, there was no communication really. That didn’t bother me bc I keep to myself but I did notice the difference. I stayed in a room with a balcony and got scared at one point bc I heard someone climbing the balcony and getting in my room, I believe it was one of the owners lol...

"I have traveled all over the world and this was by far the worst hotel I have ever walked into. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but the photos on the site are very deceptive to what the rooms are actually like. The place needs torn down and severely renovated. Bugs in the bedding and unclean/wet floor. It was so bad that I walked into the room set my stuff down and booked another hotel right away because there was yelling in the hallway and didn’t feel safe. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS HERE......
