Stayed for 3 nights overall place is nice, cozy , love the air conditioning is a plus & that includes parking and breakfast. Food was okay wish they have more variety but overall was fine. I will stayed another time do recommend it though. Really closed to the shopping center & such.

This property has a nice pool and good rooms. Had one day with stains on sheets after a cleaning besides that rooms were pretty clean. Room cleaning staff was always friendly. What really made me not love my stay was the restaurant staff and reception staff. They always were dismissive and unfriendly. Maybe this only happens to foreigners but it seems every time I had an interaction I was bothering them. The restaurant staff won’t assist you unless you call on them. Your drinks will stay empty.

Great convenience room and board! From the staff to the location. The staff was attentive and very humble. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. I did not use the swimmimg pool but did enjoy my stay. I have been boarding with Florencia since 2014 and its keep improving.

First time they put me in a double room, they fixed it and gave a single deluxe room (as I paid) but the room had a really bad humidity smell… possibly dangerous to sleep in (very potent smell) and humidity water damage on the walls, so they gave me the double room again (which I accepted because I just wanted to go to bed). But the service from the staff is great
