Lugar para descansar y disfrutar

Fuimos los cuatro integrantes de la familia y una sobrina. Nos hospedamos en una de las cabañas del hotel, bastante amplia, cómoda y bonita. Todos los servicios funcionando. De ahí fuimos a diferentes lugares: San Miguel de Allende, Atotonilco, Dolores Hidalgo y Guanajuato. El servicio de restaurant es excelente, los desayunos muy ricos. Nos ayudaron mucho con las indicaciones y tips de los lugares a donde acudir. Información que directamente los dueños del hotel nos proporcionaron. Es una excelente opción para estar en un lugar apacible y descansar del ajetreo de la ciudad. Aprovechamos para enviar un cordial saludo a todo el personal que nos atendió y a los dueños. Que Dios los siga bendiciendo.

The property is great, with amazing views!! The staff is very helpful and friendly! We, however, had a very hard time finding the property and in fact missed our first reserved night there as Expedia has it listed as Vistahermosa when the name of the property is actually View Hotel Boutique. Other than that, everything was great!

Rustic experience

The cabins can be best described as "rustic". We stayed for 11 nights in the one bedroom cabin. A major problem is that there are many small spaces in the walls and around the doors and windows that allow mosquitos to enter so every morning we had mosquito bites. You might request that a mosquito net be installed over the beds. The other major problem we experienced was getting there (you should have a car if you stay there) since "Vistahermosa" is not on google maps. You should search for "View Hotel Boutique & Spa" which is part of the same property. We also found that the advertised self-service laundry does not exist and that the advertised full size refrigerator does not exist in this cabin. We found the employees to be very friendly.

Incredibly unique property, the service here is completely outstanding. Traveling with 2 young children, we stayed here most comfortably for 4 nights, the cabins are well appointed and everything was done to make us feel most welcomed. Concierge was extremely helpfully in planning out our days and all recommendations were fantastic! Such a quiet and peaceful place, very good energy here and we would absolutely return. We had rented a car and enjoyed the 15 minute drive from the town of San Miguel, we could come and go as we pleased and it was a huge reprieve from the craziness. Also a 15 minute drive are all the thermal pools which put us in a great spot logistically to everything you'd want to do around the area. Wonderful experience!

Excelente hotel con una vista increíble

Excelente lugar fuera del centro de san Miguel, pero ala vez cerca. Ya habíamos estado antes en este hotel y cada vez que vamos nos gusta más. En esta ocasión fuimos con nuestros hijos de 15 y 23 años rentamos unas cuatrimotos en Otomi adventures y la pasamos excelente. Fuimos atendidos por los dueños del hotel, muy atentos y serviciales, siempre tienen algún lugar que recomendar para conocer o salir a comer y cenar. El desayuno muy rico y súper llenador. La cabaña que nos tocó en esta ocasión súper cómoda y muy grande, fácil cabían 10 personas. Nos encanta este hotel y seguro volveremos.

Cabañas bonitas, con vista agradable.

Elegimos la cabaña más grande, tenía 3 habitaciones. Comodamente dan 8 personas, los baños son medios difíciles de usar. Pero, en general estuvo bien. Tiene una pequeña cocina que te saca de muchos apuros y un refrigerador grande. Te sugiero hagas super con anticipación. Requieres automóvil es muy difícil de transportarse desde ahí. En general, está muy bien. El restaurante tiene buenos servicios y los firepits son lindos.

Agua fria, el agua de la coladera no se iba

Considerando precio alto, agua fria de la regadera, caian apenas tres gotas, el agua de la coladera no se iba, tuve que solicitar llevaran shampoo, jabon y acondicionador a la habitación. Que el boiler se habia apagado "por el aire". mi bebé lloró diciendo el agua esta fria, tuve que vestirla inmediatamente, ya no se baño porque tuve que esperar a que el boiler calentara y despues caían tres gotas de agua de la regadera.
