La atencion de ximena es pesima. Una persona grosera y altanera que se burla de los huespedes. Para tener agua caliente tienes que esperar 15 minutos. Las llaves no funcionan. Hay arañas en la cama. Es un hotel de paso y expedia deberia de tener verguenza por publicarlos. Deberian publicar mas fotos reales para que no caigan en este lugar.

Para empezar las fotos no corresponden a lo q nos toco , la regadera no tiene cortina (el agua se salía, el lugar esta muy pequeño; llegamos y nos topamos una cucharacha en la regadera, no había ni siquiera donde colgar la ropa, lo único bueno era la presión del agua y ubicación, y al mismo tiempo fue una desventaja ya que al dormir era difícil por el ruido cercano de la fiesta, y que todo se escucha si pasa alguien, la música, si tocan otra puerta etc… aparte de que no aceptan paga con tarjeta…

Todo bien pero se sentía muy insegura la entrada las camas muy limpias el baño también solo que las toallas están muy deshilachadas la tv. No funcionaba el wifi no funcionaba !! Nada más no me gusto que no hubiera personas en la recepción al momento de salir y tardamos en hacer el chek out se molestó la chica por qué tardaron en dejarme el carro

It was ok.

When we arrived, they informed us that they only accept cash, despite everything on the app indicating otherwise. The hotel is rough around the edges, not nearly as nice as the photos suggest. Still, it's not without its charm, and it's right in the middle of town. There was loud music blaring at a nearby club until 3:00 AM so bring earplugs.

Podrían mejorar mucho su servicio e instalaciones, el lugar esta en excelente ubicación para sacra mejores provechos del Hotel. En el portal deben avisar que se puede y que no en el hotel, sobre todo el pago de la estancia piden que se a en efectivo, y no con tarjeta de crédito y eso no viene especificado al momento de contratar el hospedaje.
