We liked how clean it was and the staff went over and above for you the pool was very nice but couldn’t use water was to cold unless you get a very sunny and hot day hotel was very clean and cozy

Bad experience. Checked in with a guaranteed reservation at 9pm only to be told there was a maintenance issue with my room. Offered no support other than relocation to a much smaller room, busy street corner and no amenities, food service or pool. No garden view room. The hotel had no follow-up, even the following day—still no contact from them. I ended up leaving this unsavory property and found another nearby accommodation about midnight. Seriously reconsider your travel options to this hotel.

We arrived on a Friday afternoon at Hotel Casa Loreto in San Miguel after 3 nice days in Guanajuato. Upon entering the cobblestoned courtyard and parking area, it was apparent how beautiful the Casa is. It is a beautiful hacienda the color of blue periwinkle. The pool off to the side. The casa almost felt welcoming. The manager mechanically checked us. Throughout our stay, the vibe was anything but welcoming except for the other front desk personnel and the cleaning lady. Breakfast consisted of 3 bites of fruit with a splash of yogurt and unknown grains scattered. The kitchen lady had little to no affect. The wall had more personality. When we arrived we had to sign a waiver that anything extra was to be charged. When asked if I could have a second cup, the manager gave me an eyeroll, and a sigh. I received two plops of coffee in my cup. It was as if I were asking for a limb or a vital organ. My husband was told he would be charged for a second cup. No second cup was had. We told the house cleaner we had left her a tip, proceeded to go to our room, took the tip and left the room a mess. I ended up making the beds which took all of 5 minutes. Our room was really beautiful. I loved the vaulted brick ceiling, beds were comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with beautiful shabby-chic accessories. We booked this hotel for its pool and were not able to use it as it was too cold and not heated. All in all, it was an okay stay. Just wish the service was better.

Tanto el hotel como el personal bien pero tienen una política que llamo mucho mi atención después de hacer el check out me pidieron esperar porque iban a checar la habitación dije ok está bien sin problema, después de unos minutos salió con una toalla donde encontró algo de maquillaje, claro me lave la cara y me seque y dijo que por esa pequeña mancha en la toalla tenía un cargo extra de 100 pesos ok sin problema pero analizando con que queria que me secara, habló de una política que nunca mencionaron y nunca vi, tengan cuidado ella se quedó con el billete y no me entregó ningún recibo,nunca en otro hotel me había pasado algo así lástima creo que no regresaré a ese hotel o tendré que llevar mis propias toallas, tengan cuidado !!

Las habitaciones son muuuucho más pequeñas que lo que se puede apreciar en las fotos. Fijarse en la numeración, es la clave para llegar al hotel. El letrero es minúsculo … La entrada no se nota. La presión del agua es de goteo casi. La atención del personal es excelente.

La estancia en casa Loreto fue muy agradable, no cuenta con muchas habitaciones que para mí estuvo muy bien ya que es muy tranquilo, se descansa bien en lo personal el colchón no es el más cómodo pero bueno uno está acostumbrado a lo de su hogar… el hotel con muy buena ubicación muchas cosas cerca, cuenta con alberca, aire acondicionado, secadora de cabello, caja fuerte, y plancha para ropa. Si es muy recomendable.
