Amazing location and view. Behind gate of property feels like stepping into a slice of beauty and serenity. Had huge place with multiple terraces. Hosts were warm and welcoming, even helped us deal with a flat tire. Walked up and down into town (approx.15 min or so). Such is the payoff for the wonderful location. If you don't want to walk, I'm sure there are other options. A real treat!
Excellent place with incredible city view. Really close from downtown (walking distance). I would recommend the excellent service.

Casa Cordelli is perched in a beautiful garden-like setting overlooking a large part of San Miguel de Allende. The view is spectacular.
It’s location is steps away from the El Chirro alley, which is probably the prettiest walk in town (don’t be fooled by the first 25 yards, which look quite ordinary - keep going down and you won’t be disappointed)! However, it is quite a trek to the Centro from Casa Cordelli on foot (and not a very pleasant walk either, given the tiny sidewalks and heavy traffic along the road - be prepared to breath plenty of bus fumes and dust while dodging pedestrians going the other way on the 15 minute walk down). Notwithstanding, we mostly walked down and took cabs going back - it’s a very steep uphill all the way on the return. If you want to be in the thick of the historical center, this is not your place. But of course, you get a truly special view in exchange.
We booked a small villa at Casa Cordelli and were generously upgraded by the owners to Casa Tito. Casa Tito is a large and spacious villa, and was very clean and lovingly decorated (although dated and in need of a little TLC). The outdoor patio on the second floor is also quite lovely. Casa Tito also probably has one of the best views around and is the closest villa to the pool and jacuzzi (which was more like a warm bathtub, as the jacuzzi jets were not working and appear to have been in disrepair, along with a nearby fountain, for some time). We visited during Christmas week, what we u
Just outside the city center, quiet, clean and a great view!
