"Do not stay here. This place is terrible. No hot water. Microwave didn’t have plugs that worked. WiFi cuts out unless you stand near the door and it’s slow. TV is old. Not smart TV. Only basic airways available. They wouldn’t let me cancel once I found out theirs no hot water. Basically, if you book here, you risk everything. Be cautious. Also, you have to get a taxi to get anywhere. "

"The bathroom was not very clean. There was mildew around the sink and on shower head. The staff immediately addressed the situation. They assigned me another room which was much cleaner. They went out of their way to make sure I had an enjoyable stay. I will stay there the next time I’m in Tacloban City."
