"Breakfast was fresh and had variety. James from the Ibeza pool restaurant was the standout star of the week. We resided in room 1406 and encountered a few minor issues, but knowing that we could see his welcoming and genuine smile made it worthwhile. We visited him every day. He was exceptionally warm, accommodating, and very informative. He will be the primary reason for our return. The ambiance and fragrance of the lobby were simply relaxing. Thank you, James and the RIU Panama team. We will definitely return."

Just for those expecting that to be in the hotel, it’s only available next door and give yourself some time to get it as the service is a bit slower for hot meals."
