"The host was amazing during my stay. The breakfast was homemade and delicious. The room was clean and well maintained."

"We had a brief single night stop over at Hotel Dolorea. Booked through Expedia, which seemed to cause some confusion for the staff upon arrival but after some investigation by the staff our booking was found. We booked a shared room for a family of four. Room was air conditioned which was a welcome relieve from the near 40C outside. Room was spacious with a very generous sized bathroom, beds were comfy and water was in the mini fridge. "La habitación muy limpia, la chica de recepción un 10, muy amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo. La comida estaba muy buena"

"Amazing property with spacious and clean rooms, bistro was excellent and service was very friendly and professional"

"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was a good choice to spend the night here and take a day trip to the busy San Sebastian. It was convenient to have breakfast included."

"Very nice small hotel, friendly staff, spacious rooms. Train station close to the hotel."

"Personnel au top ! Les chambres sont très propres. J’aime beaucoup la couleur des chambres. Il y à seulement l’isolation phonique qui n’est pas super mais ça reste un hôtel calme. Hôtel idéal pour découvrir la région et faire un petit footing le matin."

"Excellent location, very clean"

"Great small hotel with lively restaurant"

"Stayed here while walking the Camino Ignaciano. Surprisingly clean, comfortable room for a highway trucker hotel, not too noisy, convenient restaurant downstairs, would recommend. Official Camino route (San Roman de San Milan) only 1 km away. Only regret was no bathtub, only shower but very good and reasonable price."

"Perfect for Basque Country!"

"Beautiful location!"

"Zeer behulpzame eigenaresse. Ik had zelf een foutje gemaakt bij de boeking, maar zij heeft meer gedaan dan ik had durven hopen. Heel flexibel, meedenkend en super service gericht. De kamers zelf zijn gewoon prima. Het restaurant zat behoorlijk vol, ook met allerlei mensen uit de buurt. Ontbijt was keurig verzorgd."

"Good hotel, staff v friendly and rooms modern, comfortable and very well equipped."

"Small town but enough for all your needs. Service was excellent, friendly, would definitely visit again."

"This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job. We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!"

"Le personnel adorable, le lieu top et l hébergement excellent"

"A hidden gem. Friendly staff and very clean rooms. "

"Hotel was nice, easy check in but really Really small town, there’s nothing to do. I was there for business meetings, I had to go to Bilbao for having fun "

"Todo perfecto"
