"Amazing views of the volcanoes and the Lake"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We had lake views from our rooms and there were various sitting and dining areas overlooking the lake. Staff in all locations were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast and dinners we ate at the hotel were delicious - and the coffee freshly made, a treat (except for only powdered decaf for 1 of the adults). The rooms are large, the beds comfortable (for us), and the bathroom area quite serviceable. Don't miss the opportunity to take advantage of a free ticket for the museum on the property that shows the underwater city of Samabaj. It was excellent, especially the Sambaj underwater experience (2nd part of the museum)! The pool was nice, but it was difficult to find staff to get us towels and lounge chairs. Wifi service was acceptable. The hotel sent out our 2 shopping bags of laundry (by-the-pound service) and it was back later in the day (all for Q70 = $10). The hotel accommodated our request for an early breakfast before the 7 am start time and that was very helpful. "
