"I needed to check out a day early. It is EXTREMELY difficult to do when you book through 3rd parties. However, the manager at the hotel was able to work with the 3rd party to get me at least some of the money back. The booking company was actually the party that wouldn't refund their commission ($100). :-("

"Any issues that I have with the hotel were easily attributed to the construction being done. Overall, it's nice and the staff is wonderful, everyone from the morning front desk staff to the overnight, and even the valet gentlemen(they were all polite and sweet)."
