"The Hotel was fine near all sites , It is in a small ally way and it takes a little figuring out to locate but once you know were it is , its easy enough to get to . Rooms are small , No screens on windows , breakfest was good , Plenty of choces and fresh , staff was fine with any questions"

Room was well furnished and the aircon was appreciated as you'd need the windows closed as you are very central; noise from tourists outside in the evening. Not a criticism of the hotel. We didn't try breakfast but the bar was happy to brings drinks and nibbles to the room."

The location couldn’t be better—perfectly situated near the train station, Old Town, and the lake, making it incredibly convenient for exploring everything the area has to offer while still feeling tucked away and charming. We especially appreciated the complimentary in-room minibar and the included breakfast, both of which added an extra touch of comfort and value. Every aspect of the stay felt well-considered and guest-focused. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated, blending classic elegance with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Even with some updates taking place during our stay, the experience was never disrupted—the workers were quiet, respectful, and hardly noticeable. The front desk staff truly stood out. Their recommendations, assistance with bookings, and clear directions were flawless and made navigating the area effortless. They also recommended National Fitness Center for an amazing massage and wellness experience. We had a massage there and also enjoyed the sauna, steam, and freeze room experience—such a treat—and you can purchase a day pass, which makes it very accessible. Overall, this was a wonderful stay, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, charm, and an unbeatable location."

"Internet constantly drops and pillows like a flat hard pancake! Walls very thin ! My solo room bathroom was extremely small ! Not good for a big or tall person -barely fit between sink and toliet to use toliet ! I am small person ! "

"Venice is awesome! This hotel was in the heart of the winding streets, short walk from a taxi drop and steps from shops and restaurants. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Room was lovely--decorated in Venetian style, clean, comfortable, quiet. "
