"The apartment is not at San Marco, as listed by the Hotel. I got the address 2 days before arriving, a 12-minute walk from the train station, but it is in a quieter neighbourhood, which was good.
There is no reception on site at any time, though their info says there is one in the morning. Once, I had a hard time getting the burner to work. I followed their email instructions and contacted them via WhatsApp. I was asked to send a video of the issue. You need to be app affluent to get help, and do not expect to see any staff in person.
The kitchen is equipped with the bare minimum, no microwave, no toaster. The washroom is also bare minimum: no table, no towel hanger. The shower space is pretty constrained; if you weigh 180 lbs or more, you'll have a hard time turning around. The shower water worked fine.
Air conditioning worked, one on the main floor, one on the 2nd floor; however, it is not enough to give you a good sleep. There were so many mosquitoes in one of the 2nd-floor bedrooms that we killed at least 10 of them.
This apartment is livable, but uncomfortable."
