Both pools were nice and well taken care, room was clean, staff very helpful and friendly amenities were nice. Room just needs small fixes other than that excellent place for the price

The rooms were in good condition, very small generic, staff very friendly.clean locacation.
Really nice place. The staff was great. The food was good. The surrounding area wasn’t that great and the beach access is not the best. Other than that all was ok
The hotel was nice, quiet, the food and the staff were great. The hotel is in an undeveloped area, which to me is ok but it was a bit hard to find and if you don’t have good transportation it’s hard to get to. I loved the place though and will come back
The waiters and people working here are great and very friendly. Very affordable for a nice stay. I would caution families with children some of the pools are in very unsafe conditions. There are broken tiles on the steps of the pool which are very sharp. As well as missing safety grates on bottom. Not to mention they shocked the pool early in the day instead of at night adding a horrible chlorine smell to the pool all day. The beach is 3 mins away walking but very few if any beach amenities.

The hotel is not right on the beach, but a 2 minute walk. I arrived at 830 at night, the staff were amazing, there was an issue with the AC and they immediately upgraded me. My Spanish is very limited and their English was very limited, but google translator helped us both. There is a very laid back vibe about the hotel, which is exactly what I was looking for. The food was great, the hotel was clean and they were constantly working on it. This is not a 5 star resort, so if that is what you are looking for, you will be disappointed. The road leading to the hotel was not in great shape and the surrounding villas and homes were very modest, there is a small store a couple hundred feet from the entrance that has everything you may want. I went for beach walks at night and a run every morning and never once felt unsafe. People made an effort to say hi, always smiling and welcoming. The ladies at the bar were always friendly and helpful, they made efforts to chat even with the language barrier. I would definitely stay here again when I return to El Salvador, but again I must say that it depends on your expectations. It was everything I was looking for and feel it was a great value for what I paid.
Stained bedding. Horrible service. Almost an hour for drinks. Didn’t know how to make a margarita. Average food. Expensive. Lots of staff standing around on their phones. Not the best location.
No other restaurants around so rent a car .. the food is ok but kinda expensive ..I tried every dish. Ceviche and garlic shrimp and burgers are good .not on the beach but only a 2 min walk to ocean.ocean Not swim able but beautiful to view sunsets on ...most staff very friendly and attentive, some not attentive .. we had to great waitresses and the pools are refreshing and nice . and it was quiet and we had the resort to ourselves. Only a 25 min drive to airport..rooms have AC and are adequate rooms. Kinda small but cute . .. they need to have pool towels available and down the Rd the pops. Water. Etc are ten times cheaper ... But overall a beautiful resort . There's mango and other fruit trees ♥️
It was not ideal. They pitch it to look like you are on the beach… you’re not. You must walk down the dirt road and left on the alley. It’s a private beach which is great. The hotel will tell you that you have to use their taxi because Uber does not come out there. Semi true. It takes a while but don’t get duped into $100-150/day. It’s ridiculous. Also do not have an iron for your clothes, no restaurants near by and don’t get hurt while there. There is ZERO first aid available. Not even a bandaid.
Hotel staff was so friendly a 10/10 only thing was the power went out on a Saturday they got it up fairly quickly but we did go 2-3 hours and supposed one of the workers told me it’s common and it happens every Saturday.
The food was amazing just expensive so I ended up eating the free breakfast but thought out the day would go to the near by town and get food. The food would take about 20+ minutes to get after I ordered all the days I stayed.
If you stay I recommend getting a rental if not you’ll be spending a lot of money on rides.
It’s in an underdeveloped area which doesn’t bother me what was bad was the roads! My rental got stuck the 2nd day when I was on my way back to the hotel and I had to get my car unstuck from the muddy road.
There would be stuff left from the day before such as if guest ate food or had drinks it wouldn’t get cleaned up got a bit they got to it but whenever they felt like it.
Besides the minor inconvenience it’s definitely an up and coming hotel the staff and security were great .
There were a lot of mosquitoes as well.
Really fast WiFi !
The water from the shower has a weird nickel smell to it.
I hope for the best :)
