La habitación muy amplia y confortable, también la limpieza fue muy buena. Solamente en la recepción si se necesita mejorar en la atención al cliente al momento de que uno llega para ubicarse, un poco descortés.

Old property it’s like an hacienda design in and out but the beds very hard and uncomfortable pillows very flat, it’s just for one night stay.

The staff at the front office was rude when i checked in and when i checked out the lady at the front desk told me that i had to wait a minute for the staff to check the room that was really uncomfortable to say the least.

Bonito hotel que queda al lado de la Central de Autobuses, la locación es ideal si se llega por este medio, aunque hay que pedir taxi o servicio de aplicación si se quiere ir al centro histórico. Algunas habitaciones quedan muy lejos de la entrada, pero por eso mismo es muy tranquilo por las noches. Podrían añadir más amenidades y las instalaciones necesitan una renovación, pero por el precio quedé muy satisfecha con la limpieza de las habitaciones y lo bonito del lugar. Por ser muy conveniente para mis actividades en la ciudad, volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Solo recomendaría poner más camastros o sillas para que alcancemos los huéspedes, ya que si hay evento (como me ocurrió) pues no hay donde poner tu toalla y pertenencias. El agua de la alberca excelente, baños también. Habitaciones cómodas y limpias

Las sábanas de la cama olían a sucio, no creo que estuvieran lavadas. Al lado de mi habitación esta un restaurante bar que celebro una fiesta de 15 años y simplemente NO se podía descansar el ruido era insoportable.
