Staff was outstanding even when asked for assistance from other duties they assisted with an Excellent attitude (food, maintenance, cleaning staff members). The only bad thing if had to name one is the size of room (a bit smaller than othes). It was 4 of us and stayed there 10 nights so we had more than normal stuff.

En general es limpio, colchones muy buenos, almohadas horribles, como que de repente limpian por encima porque me encontré muchos pelos en los clósets. Con respecto a la comida siempre dan huevo, que por cierto estaba muy rico, deberían de variarle y solo los fines de semana ponen wafles, me hubiera gustado los pusieran entre semana. También solo pusieron un jaboncito para para dos personas y no alcanza. Las tarjetas para los elevadores fallaban mucho y tenía que ir constantemente a cambiarlas .

El hotel como tal me encanto, habitaciones amplias, limpias, al tener puntos de expedia, mi estacionamiento no costo. Sin embargo no me gusto el desayuno, muy limitado y ademas habia un grupo de estudiantes de alguna congregacion, que dejaron todo sucio, bajaron en pijama, cosa que me parece de mal gusto para los demas, tiraban alimentos y no limpiaban,

Personal muy atento y amable, el desayuno pues básico pero rico, lo único que pongo queja es que solo había un jaboncito en el baño y pues era habitación para 4 personas y pues se usa para el lavabo o para bañarse, pero ese detalle lo he visto en muchos hoteles de cadena.
