Al entrar al hotel, todo estaba muy bien y limpio, los empleados y el gerente del hotel, muy amables y atentos. Pero si debo de mencionar que ya estando en la habitación, si estaba sucio. El baño tenía costras y la cama, manchas desconocidas, y la carpeta también se miraba muy muy sucia.

Mi reciente estancia en el hotel fue, lamentablemente, una experiencia decepcionante. Desde el inicio, nos encontramos con varios inconvenientes que afectaron nuestra comodidad y disfrute. En primer lugar, el hecho de que se fuera la luz en varias ocasiones fue un gran inconveniente. Esto no solo interrumpió nuestra rutina, sino que también creó un ambiente incómodo y poco seguro. No se nos proporcionó información clara sobre la situación, lo que aumentó nuestra frustración. Además, la regadera en nuestra habitación estaba suelta, lo que hacía que bañarse fuera una tarea complicada y molesta. Este tipo de mantenimiento básico debería ser una prioridad, y lamentablemente, no se notó el esfuerzo por parte del personal del hotel en este aspecto. Otro punto que nos decepcionó fue que no se limpió nuestra habitación durante los tres días de nuestra estancia. La falta de servicio de limpieza es inaceptable en cualquier hotel, y esto afectó nuestro nivel de comodidad y la higiene general de nuestro espacio.

Todos los empleados fueron amables y nos dieron un buen servicio. El hotel ya tiene sus años pero le dan mantenimiento. La comida es buena pero no tienen tantas opciones de alimentos, no hay comida las 24 horas ni room service. El hotel está a pie de playa, pero había mucho sargazo y no vimos a personal del hotel limpiando, ningún día nos pudimos bañar en la playa. En la habitación que nos dieron falló el aire acondicionado y si fueron a “arreglarlo” pero quedó casi igual sin enfriar bien.

El check in fue lento y no había habitación, era un fin de semana no festivo y la ocupación al 100% ocasionó retrasos en la entrega de la habitación y mucha gente en el desayuno sin suficiente comida o utensilios a tiempo. Quizá sin tanta ocupación el servicio hubiese sido mejor.
