I am a second time guest here. Due to health reasons I asked to be moved to a different apartment layout. (Air conditioning) I was told I could not because I already stayed one night there. Zero concern for their guests. The next night I found a roach in my bed. Loud music. (Bar) Thin walls. (Baby crying next door) Hard beds. I will never stay here again.

El precio es excelente y la habitación está muy completa. A mi llegada todo se encontraba muy limpio; sin embargo, durante mi estancia de dos días no realizaron limpieza, ni siquiera vaciaron el bote de basura. Además, la televisión no funcionaba. Me comentaron que faltaba un control y que me lo proporcionarían, pero en los dos días de estancia nunca llegó. El único contacto con la administración fue a través de la trabajadora de limpieza, quien fue muy amable, pero lamentablemente no pudo resolver mi problema. También intenté comunicarme por medio de los teléfonos de la habitación para solicitar apoyo, pero nunca contestaron.

No hubo personal, nos dieron la clave equivocada y fue complicado contactarlos, nos dieron una habitación que era la que había reservado. Y por último, al momento de reservar la opción decía ' pagar en el establecimiento ' lo cual no fue así. Se cobro ese mismo día. Lo demás muy bien.

Es un lugar que permite movilidad con un amplio horario. Y ya que la limpieza en habitación es opcional con pago extra. Deberían complementar los utensilios de limpieza (jerga, paño de meza, escoba y recogedor.)

Cómodo y amplio. Bueno para estancia familiar, el departamento contaba con aire acondicionado lo cual nos hacía estar más cómodos, la habitación adicional no estaba climatizada pero tenía un ventilador que nos ayudó. Limpio y amplio para mi familia de 6 personas.

Excelente lugar

Es un lugar muy agradable, confortable y seguro, muy limpio y adecuado para ir en familia, aspectos a mejorar, una cortina en la salita comedor, los vecinos de enfrente están observando constantemente hacia el interior, dejar instrucciones en donde se localiza la pantalla de TV para poder acceder al menú de canales y el ingreso a la puerta del edificio en principio es un poco confuso, pero en términos generales si recomiendo ampliamente el lugar, quedamos muy contentos.
