"The room was clean and comfortable. We had an issue with our reservation as we had 4 adults in our party and reserved a 2 queen bed room but upon check in was given a king room and the front desk clerk said they had their system down yesterday which messed up our reservation. No apology was given and no resolution to the problem either was offered. She basically said that was it and we all had to just take the room as no other rooms were available. This was a graduation week so all the other hotel rooms were fully booked. She finally agreed to give me a little Discount after I pressed that this was not acceptable. I practically had to beg and felt like it was my fault that this happened."
