"-Pool is dirty, we decided not to swim.
-There's no WiFi connection.
-There's no breakfast for free even if you booked a family deluxe room online.
-There's no officer in charge during Sundays so you can't speak with anybody who has much experience in management.
Overall, I didn't get what I paid for. Totally dissatisfied. "

"It was a pleasant stay. The lady manager who does the all around works to accomodate us and our request, even gave us tips where to dine and places to go. I commend her for the efforts.
To HOTELS.COM you should be promt remmiting to them whats should be theirs. Its their hotel we are paying and staying, not your."

"Beach was literally just a hop away which was really good. The area could use some renovation to make it look more attractive. You get the value out of the price you pay.
