"Location is nothing of what I expected, not the safest area for tourists or people in general. The lighting in the room was so poor we wouldn’t properly get ready because of how dark it was. The house keeper woke us up multiple times before 9 am each day to clean the room which distributed our sleep and made the time slightly uncomfortable. Definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone "

"The front desk staff was amazing I believe the gentleman's name was Hector who checked us in.. so kind so generous with his words, and even gave us free appetizers to the restaurant next door. It was an incredible find and it was an accidental find. Our room was right on the water absolutely beautiful. Quick Uber ride to the San Francisco Airport I highly recommend this place I Left My heart in San Francisco"

"We loved our stay in San Francisco! They staff was so kind, considerate and helpful. The breakfast they offer is phenomenal and it’s included in the price! If we ever are back in SF we willl stay with them again!!!"

"The bed was fairly uncomfortable, and the pillows were not the best. The shower needs a major upgrade as it had mold growing in between the tiles and around the tub. There is a fee to park your vehicle at the hotel, and the elevators are extremely busy. The air conditioner seemed like it didn’t run very well as it was set at 64, but it was still fairly warm. Calling the property was also very awkward because you get transferred through two automated systems and then a live person who then has to connect you to the hotel. The staff were not very friendly. Overall, it’s an extremely average hotel with average rooms. There is nothing amazing about it. "
