"The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. Communication with staff was extremely difficult. Still...

"We felt welcomed by the staff and their hospitality. We were happy with the internet speed and variety of menu items at breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. There was a bit of confusion during check-in with the 3 rooms not being under the same name even though it was under 1 reservation, but it worked out. We were able to participate in the Christmas Eve event, and our nephew and niece greatly enjoyed the kids’ corner/arts and craft activities."
