"Surprised it was only rated a 2 star hotel! The only thing I could imagine is because there was no elevator or pool. It was honestly nicer than some 3 star hotels We have been in. Lots of special touches throughout made it a lovely stay. Bed was very comfortable and everything was well maintained and clean. Pillows were plentiful and dreamy. The breakfast was nice, and the self serve chocolate chip cookies were a plus. Self serve coffee, hot chocolate and hot cider was a lovely touch, with little packs of mini marshmallows with little snowflake stickers on the bags. Overall the staff made you feel like family, we will definitely be back and tell our friends."
