"I wish I would have read the reviews before I booked this hotel.
The rooms were "OK" Definitely no frills anywhere. The parking garage is creepy. The lobby to check-in is very tiny. The rooms are bigger than the lobby. We did get there before 3:00 PM and they did store our luggage for us. We were told the earliest we could check in was 3 PM with regular check-in at 4 PM. At 3 PM our room was not ready. I sat in the small lobby and waited. In that one hour between 3 and 4 PM… Other people had checked in and their rooms were ready. But I digress. At 4 PM I walked up to the desk, neither lady at the desk made eye contact with me or even greeted me. After I stood there for a good five minutes, one of them finally said "we're working on finding you a different room." OK… That could've been said to me when I walked up instead of ignoring me and making me feel like I was invisible. After a few more minutes, they found a room that was ready for me.The telephone in our room did not work. Which would've been great because there was a domestic violence issue right next door to us. We heard a man screaming at the top of his lungs at what I'm assuming is his wife. We heard the slapping sounds, we heard her scream. I couldn't call security because the phone didn't work. So I ran down to the second floor. No one was in the lobby. So I ran down to the main level, and let security know. An hour later, the man started yelling again. This time it lasted for maybe 10 minutes. Breakfast : scant "
