A Great Stay!

Rafael has a very helpful online guide for the condo and for the surrounding area (suggested places to eat, etc.). A/C worked great. View from the balcony is gorgeous! Nice to have cooler, beach chairs and umbrella provided. This is our second time to stay here.

Best view and location with everything you need

Perfect set up! Best view! Azul beach was my favorite! Boardriders bar/restaurant within walking distance on the beach. Other stores, walmart/restaurants close by. Close to El Yunque! The room had everything! The washer/dryer with laundry detergent so helpful! Spacious balcony with a fountain! Comfy bed! Hot water in shower AND plenty of shampoo/conditioner/soap provided in a dispenser on shower wall! Great air conditioner! We used the couches for our suitcases but there are 14 hangers in the closet. No dressers. Beach chairs, beach towels, cooler, and beach umbrella were great! We looked FORWARD to going "home" to this each night as our days came to and end and looked forward to our coffee on the balcony each morning. Azul tower 1 is the only way to go! Rafael was a FANTASTIC host! Trying to add photos..but this hotels.com not letting me

So much wrong with the room

The fridge had a blinking light, or sometimes you couldn't see what was in the fridge. The stove top had 3/4 of the burners that wasn't working. The sink was constantly dripping water. The bowls that were in the kitchen were "artistic" but not useful. If you tried to put any food in the bowls they would easily tip over. Same with the stools, as if so many things in this room were made to look nice but if you sat on the stools it could easily fall over. The washing machine was rusting, and would sometimes give an error. I'm not sure if it was effectively cleaning my clothes. The windows do not close, they were always letting hot air in. The shades in the balcony would not close, meaning the sun would shine right onto your face at sunrise. The TV was really small, it was pointless to use it, we used our own devices.
