Great location, helpful management, and most importantly a nice clean unit. Air conditioning was appreciated and the microwave and mini fridge were very useful for all the great leftovers of food from the local restaurants, of which there are plenty and always bussling with customers and great energy; Pinkys Cafe and Bebos Cafe are a mist visit along with Chinchos BBQ for some carne & queso empanadillas or rice & pernil. Main Pros: - Location: 5 minute walk to the beach and very little noise bleed from outside (we stayed in 3C), accessible access to food, shopping, laundromat along with easy uber/taxi pickups. Cons: Nothing pressing. All in all we would stay again, very grateful for the opportunity to score a visit at 1818 Studios for the week we booked.

Room was not clean, had to clean it up. Was without Air conditioner working properly for two days out of my four day stay. No towels after letting property owner know went to a Walgreens and purchase towels.

Felt neglected worse stay ever took us 3 hours to find the actual place location on maps is incorrect stops you in the middle of the road got on the phone With management still wasn’t able to tell us where the place was located or what it was next to so the uber driver had to call a friend .! To guide us where it was gave us the s code to the door multiple times until we figured it out after 2 hours went up tv doesnt work shower cold water and microwave doesn’t work a/c unit inside doesn’t work no rags were provided I don’t recommend this stay to anyone was extremely hot for the time we had to sit in and find another hotel didn’t accommodate or care for their customer at all customer service Wack I can go on and on do not book this place!

Had no running water the whole time we were there, couldnt shower or even use the toilet. Very noisy, very sketchy people in the hall ways, people trying to get into our room throughout the night. Wpuld not recomend

don’t ever come here, maintenance told me they bought this place a couple months ago when it was a dump and it’s still a dump, sorry for the bad review, but y’all left me no choice first of all my water was cold for two days, the maintenance man was supposed to come in the morning which he never did. they never updated me so he came at 11:30 PM when I was in my room mind you the doors only have one lock and no peep hole. I was just a little creeped out second off they only give you one towel, they didn’t give me a new pair of towels until three days later my AC wasn’t working for 2 days, mind you my room had no windows not even no type of ventilation so it felt like I was suffocating and last but not least I saw two roaches. I came here for my birthday trip never again.
