Such a lovely place - highly recommended. The hotel is a bit dated and due for a refresh, but despite that, I highly recommend this resort. Proximity to historic Old San Juan was magic.

Front desk kept messing up our room keys. Had to go back three times to fix. And concierge forgot about my car rental info. ...
