I was not satisfied with the cleaning, when we entered the suite we inmediately notice dirty floors & counter tops of kitchen with stains plus humidity smell of towels in spite of having a dryer inside the suite which apparently the cleaning personnel does not use! "This was a wonderful first stop on our vacation as is it was midway betweeen San Jose and La Fortuna. We stayed in the family villa for 2 nights and found it to be spacious with beautifully landscaped grounds. The local waterfalls were easily accessible and we could walk to local restaurants. It was a highlight of our trip!"

"A great last night in Costa Rica! Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff. I had a slice of chocolate cake waiting for me in the room as a welcome gift and the room was well stocked with all necessities and a very comfortable bed.The mall next door looks better than the ones I see in the US. The pool is currently not warm due to a heater not working but still a beautiful view. Will stay here again as I fly into Costa Rica. Everything was perfect !"

"We are so glad we chose to stay here the night before flying home. It is located right next to Hertz which was a great coincidence for us to drop off our car and then walk over to the hotel rather than have to take a shuttle and/or figure out a taxi. Add on a nice hot free breakfast! Easy peasy, clean, quiet and safe…loved it!"

"What an amazing property!! This place is beautiful! the service amazing and the people incredible. There is so much to do here! They have several free wonderful tours and activities. Their steakhouse was really the best meal we had in Costa Rica. I adored their manager who gave us the coffee tour. I seriously recommend this place to spend several days at!"

"The hotel decor is breathtaking! They have the second largest art collection , after the art museum. Truly beautiful, yet comfortable and welcoming. Bed was wonderful - Best sleep I had all week. And the restaurant has a delightful atmosphere and delicious, artfully presented meals. Wish I didn’t have to leave so soon for my flight home. I felt very special here. I loved this hotel! "
