"This was the worst stay I’ve ever had to endure, we checked in 4hrs after check in time and were told 3/5 rooms were ready. Only 2/5 rooms were ready and they said another hour for the other rooms. On top of not being ready we had to downsize from two beds to a king bed which was another inconvenience which was brushed off with everything else. We had a big party which is why we booked 5 rooms! We got zero notification on this issue. We almost checked in exactly @3 but chose to go to the beach instead. The pool area didn’t have pool towels. The smelled of mildew. The front desk person wasn’t very empathetic on the frustration I was feeling and offered a “we are short staffed” as the reasoning why our rooms weren’t ready. Never getting contacted by phone or email in regards to this delay is very unprofessional and inconsiderate at every level. Having children and elderly having to wait for a room added to the stress and frustration. The inconvenience and inconsideration was at a high. There were others coming in and checking in with zero issues. As we waited for our rooms. We were not able to enjoy the pool since we had to rush and shower after we finally all got our rooms and make dinner and by the time we returned the pool was closed. Very inconsiderate "

"The wall had a bloody booger on the wall. The toilet made a very loud, continuous, running sound. The hand towel had makeup on it when we got there. The cleaning staff circled our room multiple times before we had to check out and left their carts in front of our door, making it very difficult to walk out."

"Hands down the best hotel at the coast!!! They even have their own bar with happy hour. My daughter left sentimental items and the room. Staff collected them and held them till I was able to come back and pick them up. Great spot!"

"I didn't like that when I went to go check in, I was told my room was canceled. On the booking site, it said , PAY AT PROPERTY at check in.... When I went to check in and pay, I was told that my credit card couldn't be processed.. Why are they trying to run my credit card if I hadn't even checked in? Now if I had gone in, in person and my card couldn't be processed, then I would understand it being canceled.. I booked this room in January and had the funds to pay at check in.. I asked if there was a way to pay for the room at the time but my room was already taken.. It would have been nice to get a phone call or email stating the issues and I got nothing.. My family of 6 had to find another place to stay for the night.. Never would I want to book or never would I recommend this place.."
