The activities were fantastic,hands down to FATIMA,amazing young lady with very good attitude.There was something for everyone — from water sports and pool games to guided tours and fun workshops. Everything was well organized, safe, and run by friendly, enthusiastic staff who made sure guests felt welcome and included. We especially enjoyed beach volleyball.These activities really made our stay more exciting and memorable.

El servicio y atención son buenos, pero el estado del hotel no es tan bueno, es un hotel viejo. El gimnasio es una vergüenza: las máquinas no servían, no había AC y se sentía un calor insoportable, los tapetes se deshacen. En cuanto a la comida también es bastante mala en sus restaurantes de especialidad y no hay variedad de bebidas alcohólicas

Nos gustó la atención del personal en general, las instalaciones en general son buenas, no son instalaciones nuevas, pero sí renovadas. Los restaurantes de reservacion el Italiano el mejor, japonés no nos gustó para nada, los buffets en general bien, si estás acostumbrado a alimentación básica.el check in, un poco incómodo por qué no te dejan llegar y ya te están ofreciendo las membresías.De manera general disfrutamos mucho nuestra instancia y nuestras hijos más. Les tocaron actividades muy lindas para niños y eso fue un must.
