"This property is unique in it's surrounding are of larger and all inclusive hotels. It is small family owned hotel thta knows you by name. They care for a few hens, chicks, and a rooster and a family of small turtles. It is by far the cleanest facility I have ever visited. "We stayed at Casa Natalia for a week in April. The staff are amazing. I had multiple emails back and forth with Angelica arranging transportation to and from the airport and requesting a specific room. She always answered promptly and she was able to accommodate all the requests I had. "DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! It is closed, and according to shopkeepers nearby has been for some time. I had a confirmed, guaranteed reservation for the night of April 25, 2022 and went there to discover it wasn't open and was boarded up. I couldn't tell if it was closed permanently, temporarily, or perhaps in the process of an extended reservation. But they should be eliminated from taking reservations on Hotels.com"

"Very nice property. It was clean and quiet. The thing to be aware of is that there is no elevator for this three story hotel. We had a third floor suite booked, but when we saw the amount of stairs to climb up with our luggage, we switched to a second floor suite. The bed was not as comfortable as we would have liked, but the suite we were in was roomy and very clean. "
