"Staff are very kind and helpful, they made sure we had what we needed. I booked a room for 2 people but I chose a bigger room because I was anticipating to have some relatives coming with us. So there were 4 of us who showed up for the room. I was expecting I would be charged for the 2 extra people but they didn’t charge me. The location is very nice if you want a quiet place to relax. "I found the Philip Ann Resort a wonderful place to stay. For such a small location it offers multitude of games and activities on and around the resort. From the games room, sun decks, variety of lounge areas, restaurant , pool, jacuzzi, a tiki bar, and a DJ. There is a little something for everyone. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to ensure their customers had a great experience."

"Room was clean but very basic, no fridge, no kettle….. these 2 items are very essential for people who loves cold or hot drink without the need of getting out of the room. No hot water twice…. First episode was reported and fixed but did not last longer and no hot water again!!! The bed is very comfortable, but the top sheet or kumot is so thin, not a good one for someone who love to sleep in a cold room. 5 star for the hotel staffs"
