"Great place to stay with wonderful staff. The pools were great, breakfast was delicious, and with it so close to the airport it was perfect for our family."

"Our overall stay was nice. We especially enjoyed the pool and refreshments at the pool. However the check in took a full half an hour, we had to stand in a long line to check in and there was only one person working. We were exhausted after flying for 14 hours and they dont seem to care. There were other employees behind the desk and they should have had 2 people checking us in. We also asked for a room with 2 beds via email 3 days ahead and they made it sound like they were going to accommodate us but when we got there it was still one bed and we asked again and they gave us our key and acted like we would be getting a room with 2 beds but we didnt, so we had to share one bed. We wont be staying there again. It should not be rated a 9 on expedia."

"Our bed was super comfy, the AC was quiet and efficient. Breakfast was quite good. Proximity and convenience to airport was great and shuttle drivers were very kind and accommodating. Definitely recommend."

"We really enjoyed our 1 night stay here, the staff were without exception friendly and helpful. We ate in the restaurant, food was lovely, however I thought a little pricey. Breakfast was excellent and included. Trip to airport is approx $40 dollars but feel it was worth staying a bit further away from airport to be in such lovely surroundings. Highly recommended."

"L’hôtel est impeccablement tenu, tout est très propre (chambre, aires communes, piscine …). Ça sent très bon partout ! La literie est confortable. Le petit déjeuner est excellent. Il y a de tout. Le personnel est charmant, très poli et professionnel. La climatisation est silencieuse : bonheur ! Le stationnement est sécurisé et suffisamment spacieux. Le service de navette pour l’aéroport est excellent. Deux séjours dans cet hôtel, et j’y retournerai à chaque séjour à San José."

"The room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed overnight to fly out the next day. We had dinner at the hotel because it is not a walkable area and getting in an out of the roundabout is a bit confusing. Dinner was excellent. The website advertised free transporation to local attractions but not an airport shuttle. There is a call service for transportation, but at a pretty steep cost for such a short drive. We use UBER at half the cost of their taxi service. The staff was very nice, but the restaurant and counter were understaffed for a holiday weekend (spring break) : ("
